DESIGN CONSULTATION
Your Tile Partner will visit your home to discuss your project. We can discuss what you want to accomplish, how you will approach it and what needs to be done to achieve your final goal.
What is included:
Drive time in Washtenaw, Western Oakland or Livingston Counties.
2 Hour Visit at your site.
$150
MATERIALS SELECTION
Your math teacher warned you would need geometry
This is when a Tile Partner will help you figure out what you need to buy to complete your project. This will include the tile, trims, solid surface pieces for shelves and curb, and all the setting materials. Having the correct materials and the right quantities will ensure that you can finish your project on time and on budget.
What you set your tile on is very important. We will help you get it right.
This includes:
Square footage calculations
Conversation to help you determine quantities needed and plan for which suppliers to use.
Spreadsheet that lists your tile selections, quantities and setting materials needed.

CONSTRUCTION CONSULTATION
Your Tile Partner will walk you through the process of building your project. This includes advice on framing, building your substrates and waterproofing your shower or tub surround. What you set your tile on is the most important part of the process. Let us help you get it right.
This includes:
4 interactions with your Partner. These can be in person at your home, a phone call or over video call. (Face Time, Whats App)
This will be 2 trips to your site and 2 online conversations.
This will include advice on tools, materials and practices.

TILE LAYOUT CONSULTATION
A Tile Partner will help you plan your tile layout. With some planning you can avoid the slivers and unsightly grout joints that come from a poorly planned layout.
This includes a visit to your site. Time to layout your tile and determine where the cuts will be and how to deal with transitions.

IN FLOOR HEATING SYSTEM
A Tile Partner will help you plan and select the correct heating system for your project.
We will discuss the benefits and challenges of each system and how to install them.
